Extended is being published to accompany the exhibition of the same name at the ZKM | Museum of Contemporary Art Karlsruhe, which presents extensive segments of the collection of the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. Focusing on contemporary German art since the early 1980s, the book reveals recent developments in the collection. Featured are not only outstanding individual acquisitions from the past few years, but especially major blocks of works by important contemporary artists that have been continuously extended or newly acquired during this period.
