Jaschi Klein Im Wind
Jaschi Klein, who has made a name for herself worldwide with exhibitions and publications featuring her staged photography, dedicated herself in her latest project to the theme of wind. The cycle shows self-designed installations in various forms and materials which, at five meters in height, can be seen even from great distances. The results convey magical moments in which wind and light, landscape and kinetic objects, meld into a unity – flirting with reflections and shadows and connecting earth and sky. For the photo artist, whose works are represented in many international collections and museums, the elaborate and temporary actions she carries out, momentarily casting her spell on the landscape, are all devoted to the end result: the picture.
