Her collage-like images confront the perfect world of fashion models with Barbie dolls and sweet Teddy Bears which involuntarily evoke childhood memories. By adding these seemingly harmless toys, Kapanadze creates a particular ambguity and contrast between the idealized world of the grown-ups and the not-so-innocent childrens accessories on the other hand.
