Information on Orders and Shipping
Our webshop is open 24 hours a day. We'll do our best to handle your requests and orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding if this might take a little longer than usual.
For customers from the UK: Shipping to the UK is currently not possible. Please contact us at contact@kehrerverlag.com or your local book store in the UK.
Shipping Costs
Within Germany, all books are shipped free of charge. For orders within the EU, Norway, and Switzerland, we charge a shipping fee of 12 Euro (for orders exceeding 75 Euro in value, shipping is free of charge). For all other countries, a flat-rate shipping fee of 50 Euro will be charged (for orders exceeding 250 Euro in value, shipping is free of charge). Other conditions apply for signed and rare books, and Collector's Editions ordered directly from the publishing house. For further information, please contact us at shop@kehrerverlag.com.
Payment Options
The following payment options are available: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or (up to a maximum amount of 250 Euro) by invoice.
Confirmation of Order
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation of order via e-mail.
Terms of Delivery
Our warehouse will generally prepare your order of available titles within three working days after receipt of payment. The average delivery time within Germany is 3–4 working days, and European countries approx. 7–14 working days. All other countries currently have a delivery time of 6–8 weeks. Our Shopping Cart system immediately directs your order to our distributor Klett VerlagsService for further processing. The shipping of signed books, as well as special editions and Collector’s Editions, are processed exclusively by the publishing house itself. In this case, delivery times can vary from those noted above. For books with a publication date in the future, the stated timelines are effective after the books are available and in stock.

Return Deliveries
You may return orders within 14 days after their receipt. The entire invoice amount will be refunded. For more detailed information, please refer to “§ 6 Right of Cancellation” of our Generals Terms and Conditions.
