Product information "singuhr 2007 – 2014"

Since 1996, the singuhr – hoergalerie (sound art gallery) has been active in the development, production and presentation of sound art installations. The spectrum of exhibitions ranges from sound objects and kinetic sculptures to rooms that contain nothing but sound, audio-visual concepts and performances to creatively designed rooms. Between 2007 and 2014, the gallery displayed 33 exhibition projects in the historical Wasserspeicher in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin in open spaces as well as traditional gallery rooms. The projects are introduced in this comprehensive documentary (including an audio DVD), which follows up on the 2010 catalog, singuhr -hoergalerie in parochial 1996 – 2006 and therefore continues the discourse about the documentation of ephemeral art forms.
